A Little About Us:
Williamsburg Wedding Design (formerly Weddings by Shayna) offers a full range of wedding planning services from wedding day management to complete wedding coordination. We primarily serve the greater Williamsburg, Yorktown, Gloucester, Newport News, Richmond, Hampton, Norfolk, Virginia Beach areas, and will travel anywhere to perform Wedding Day Management.
Shayna Walker Weddle, Owner
Shayna has owned and operated Williamsburg Wedding Design since August 2004 and currently acts as senior coordinator. She has served the hospitality and events industry since April 1997, and is committed to epitomizing the "professional" in Professional Wedding Coordination. She is a William & Mary graduate (2000, History with High Honors) and a single mother of adorable four-year-old boy-girl twins, Hayden and Sydney.

Lauralee Eason, Wedding Coordinator
Lauralee Eason, brings to Williamsburg Wedding Design invaluable event experience at one of the region’s finest resorts and wedding destinations. Venue expertise coupled with her natural insight, organization and dedication to providing superior customer service, allow Lauralee to exceed even the toughest of expectations. Creative and compassionate, she is committed to serving each client with professionalism courtesy. A graduate of Campell University in North Carolina, she lives in Newport News with her husband Tom and their new son, Jacob. We are privileged to count Lauralee among our senior staff.
Summer 2008 Interns: Jessica Eschmann-Kusaj, Jessica Moore and Alyson Smets are all diligently studying the ins and outs of the event industry, while flexing their planning muscles, and yes, occasionally dancing up a storm at our summer events. Selected from the largest batch of inquiries we've ever had for summer internships, Jess, Jessica and Alyson have proven themselves to be worthy of this great industry and we are ecstatic that they are here.
